| A beautiful start to 2006 |
The
start of another year 2006, one which will bring the birth
of the second little Clark family divine being into the
world, our little baby boy due on July 14th. I am so delighted
to have another baby here on our adventure of life!
This is a year that already sees Devon evolve and grow even
more as the adorable little boy that he is. A year already
blessed with many miracles and many opportunities, we are
enjoying it. |
Every
day I am grateful for being alive and I thank my parents and
all my ancestors for giving me the chance to experience this
life and this world.
Last year 2005 brought many delights for our family and
this year already is no exception.
When you know that you create your own world by your thoughts,
feelings, actions and intentions then, of course, creating
a world where there is magic becomes the reality!
Enjoy life and celebrate! |

| Play-dough Pancakes |
Devon
and I made Play dough together and had great fun!!
I realised that I have been going out to buy things rather
than making them with Devon, and I want to be a Mum who
sits down together with my children and who shows them how
to be creative in everyday life, so we started with PLAYDOUGH.
The temptation to go out and buy a bucket of multicoloured
Play dough was strong...I had to get over the hurdle that
making it was going to mess up my hands!! |
| Blue
food colouring, an internet recipe, flour, water, salt and
a big bowl and we got our hands messy.
It was actually great fun and Devon really enjoyed our experience
too.
He didn't know before this what Play dough was and why
we were really making it, but once he could see how much
fun it was he was right in there! |
| It
was beautiful as a mother to watch Devon learn.
He is so in the moment and he is such a beautiful teacher
to me to rest in the present rather than the future or the
past.
We bought some cookie cutters, a rolling pin and used the
chopping board to create amazing animals and shapes with
our wonderful Play dough and since then we have played with
it lots.
With a happy face like that, what Mum could be happier... |

Corrupt Politicians and Corporate Beach
Thieves
Takeover Coogee Beach - Mum and Devon go protesting!
January 2006 |
Can
you believe that in this age the corporations and politicians
are actually STEALING the beach!
How many times have you not spoken up when you know that
something is fundamentally wrong? How many times have you
compromised yourself, the community, or the environment
for a higher paying salary?

| Nisargam's Tepee Rises Again |
I'm
getting quite good at erecting tepees thanks to my good
friend Nis.
his tepee is his own creation. Simon, his son, hand made
the poles that make the frame over the last few months,
and it was finally time to set it up.
Another year, another tepee.
From ancestor to ancestor.

Re-sitting the Journey Accreditation Week
in Coffs Harbour |
What
a treat it was for me to be able to re-sit Brandon's Journey
Accredited Practitioners Training again.
It is now a requirement to re-sit every 3 years to stay
as a recommended Journey practitioner and I understand why.
It was an amazing experience, the teaching has deepened
so much since I trained initially in 1999.
I got the opportunity to have so many of my own Journey
processes over the course of the 8 days and I feel lighter.
|
The
suite that Laurie organised for us was simply divine, with
an large ocean view balcony, perfect! it meant that Vibodha
and Devon could be in the perfect space while I was deep
in my Journey.
They were able to eat the food too, which was delicious
and vegetarian, I felt nurtured and indulged! |
| Where is Coffs Harbour? |
Coffs'
Harbour is 7.5 hours drive north of Sydney.
We flew from Perth to Sydney, picked up the rental car
from near the airport (well organised Tila) and drove and
drove and drove and drove our way north to Coffs' Harbour.
It was a long drive on the same road. In fact, we got on
the road in Sydney, and turned off of it directory into
the resort.
The resort of Pelican Beach was our destination, and never
were we so glad as to see their sign above the entry way.
Phew.
That was quite a drive.
We checked in and were given a suite on the upper floor
with a patio-balcony, living area, kitchenette.. aaaaaahhhhhh.
It's nice to be in Coffs' Harbour.

A Trip to New South Wales...February
2006 |
While
Tila was immersed in the Journey Retreat, Devon and I had
a chance to explore Coffs Harbour.
it was a great opportunity to hang out together and explore.
We always had an adventure. Besides, we always had the
beautiful pool to come back to.
Devon loved driving in our 'new' car. He understands that
the 'new' car is what we drive here in NSW. We brought his
car seat with us on the airplane, so he was right at home,
comfy and secure.
So
we venture forth.. together.

| From Coffs Harbour to Sydney - by car |
"I
want to drive. Can I drive to Sydney?"
"No, Devon, you're only two years old."
"When I'm a bigger boy I can drive?"
"Yes, you can drive when you're a bigger boy."
"I'm a bigger boy now."
Hmm. How to answer this (technically correct) question?... |
So
we drove. And drove, and drove and drove and drove and drove
and drove.
We did a little more driving, and then, after another hour
or two we stopped for chips.
Then, we drove and drove and drove some more, and then,
wafer passing through the mountains, we drove and drove
some more, and then finally arrived at the outskirts of
Sydney.
Then, after another hour's worth of driving into Sydney,
and another 25 minutes getting back out again... only relying
on my wife's manifestation abilities.. I ask her... "Where
are we staying, my lady?" |
| "Manly
Beach" she says, and finds us a beautiful suite just
around the corner from the Corso at the Manly Lodge.
It was cozy, comfortable, quiet and in a great location.
Good adventure. Great destination. As for driving - next
time we will fly! |

| Adventures in Sydney, Australia |
We
went up here, the tallest building in Sydney.
Pointing to things in the distance.
Things that he recognized, like the Opera House. |
We also went to the park and saw the ferry boats, and the
Opera House.
We took several rides on the Manly Ferry, in and out of
the city.
|
|
And
we went up and down the steps of the Opera House.
Sydney is definitely a unique and lively city.
Much, much faster than the pace of life here in Western
Australia.

| The Final Sunglass-Reflection Photographs
(c/o Revo) |
Sometime
in the next half an hour these sunglasses will leave us
to continue their journey into the great Sydney sunglass
wilderness. >>>
This is the last site we will see reflected in them...
|

What sites they have seen, places they have been.
|

Farewell.
May they continue to see such splendid sites... look
after them well whoever finds them!!

| Rainbows in the Sky - mouse over |
Back in Fremantle, things were as usual,
delightful. One day, Devon and I were gardening when I thought,
"There's something... odd around here." I stopped
and looked around, trying to sense the difference, then
after a few moment I looked up.
Aaah. That would be it!
A giant rainbow around the sun.
The ever present beauty of our wonderful
planet.

Hold your mouse over this picture
to move out into full sunshine.

| Gardening |
Autumn
Pumpkins and paving stones... I am really enjoying my days
in the garden with my son.
He loves digging, scooping, pouring, moving.
He asks, 'Can we mulch the garden today, Daddy?'
We sure can.
The garden loves Devon.
So do I. |

This includes photographs of us building a step, creating
a bamboo patio, harvesting pumpkins, rainbows and rain.
Enjoy.

| April and May 2006 |
The
days are passing, as they always do.
Now, there is another being, and another on the way, who
have somehow materialised from out of time.
And here one sits, brushing his teeth, yet three years
ago he was not.
How strange and delightful.

right now, but for now, watch the video of Devon
Brushing his Teeth. Very cute. |
