 Yes, here I am, painting at the top of a scaffolding tower, twenty five feet in the air.
How? I am not sure.
Why? Because I can.
And here I am doing it.
Perhaps in a past life a part of me was DaVinci?

| Devon grows |
 I can talk, walk, climb stairs, and sing (ish).
I can count to ten.
My most-said word is 'applejuuse'.
I like rice, avocado, beans, bananas & mangos.
I like fish that nibble my toes.

| Renovations are coming together ... |
 Fremantle, Western Australia" name="renovate" width="300" height="225" align="right" class="image" id="renovate">Colours, corners, lights... all coming together. The place is looking beautiful already - and there is still so much more to do!

| Pelicans of Perth, Western Australia |
|  Fascinating, the creatures we share this planet with.
One day, while taking a break from renovating, we went to Woodman's Point (famous for wind and kite surfing) for a bit of fresh air.
Lo and behold, pelicans were there.
From time to time I would see a pelican during meditation on Coogee Beach (ten minutes further up the coast), and I often wondered where they lived.
I no longer wonder. |
 I really think they are amazing creatures.
Besides being HUGE, standing waist high, they are beautiful animals. Just look at the shape and colour of their faces (above), how amazing. |
 And despite their size they fly just fine! |

| Coming to America |
 We
webcammed with Uncle Tom, and talked about his upcoming
wedding to fiancee' Amanda Boccard.
We are heading over to the USA for the special day (May 28th).
It's nice to get the opportunity to speak AND see from one side of the planet to another. We are looking forward to the trip very much. |
We've still got to finish the renovations and get Little Lefroy rented, rent our own house, arrange our finances for our journey, pack, and get mentally prepared for flying around the world AGAIN.
 Can you believe it? Around the world AGAIN!!! Devon will be around the globe twice before he is 2 years old. What a wonderful thing to be able to give to a developing little boy.
It's the kind of life I always dreamed of living.
People always called me a dreamer. They were right! |

| Times of joy in Little Lefroy... |

 We are having such a good time together with this project.
I am so glad we took this opportunity and made it happen.
All of our resources have gone into this investment and we TRUST that it will pay off. |
 We decided to have a PARTY to celebrate the "almost completion" of Little Lefroy.
It was to say thank you everyone who particpated in its creation.
Many of our good friends turned up. |
