| Devon's Development |
| Lots
has happened since I last wrote.
I've now learned to SQUEAK loudly... my parents love it!
I've also been trying to get everything I can get my hands
on - into my mouth! |
My
great grandmom, Memom, asked what colour my eyes are.
My dad took this nice photo of me so you can see how bright
my eyes are.
They look like my mum's. |

My dad thought you would like this roll-over image.
Put your mouse over the photo to see me make a pptttthh!

| Parenthood ~ by
Tila |
| This is what fatherhood does to you!
I was working on the computer and I thought I saw E. J.
come in and lie down on the floor.
About 15 minutes later I wanted his opinion, so I called
him... no answer.
I simply figured I'd been so self
absorbed that I didn’t notice him leave...
So I carry on with what I was doing...
A few minutes later I hear LOUD snoring… I look
down over the rim of the desk and there he is, flat out
knackered… lying on the floor, SNORING. [He
doesn't snore unless he is VERY tired!].
This parenting stuff really does tire you out, eh!?
|
| HOWEVER,
life with Devon continues to be such an adventure.
I enjoy it immensely and HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
It is amazing to witness and participate in his development.
Lying down isn't as much fun to him as it used to be. He
now wants to participate.
Isn't he just so cute!! |

| Nirmal's Birthday
Celebration!! |
Nirmal's
birthday was a lot of fun!! We got to meet some of the new
people in their life, since they emigrated here.
More DELICIOUS Indian food. We will be holding an Indian

it!!! Delicious... |

MARRIED 7 YEARS...
7th FEB - our first night without Devon |
How
wonderful marriage is, I highly recommend it. It couldn't
be anything else with Vibodha though, he is so loving.
We have really grown together in the 9 years that we have
known each other. Our family continues to evolve with this
new adventure of Devon in our life. We are so grateful .
Vistara took time to be with Devon while Vibodha and I
went out to celebrate our anniversary... |
| Here
we are at the Casa Mexican in Fremantle. It is wonderful
taking the time to be together. It feels strange too though.
LBD [Life Before Devon] seems like a distant memory now!
The food here is absolutely delicious, one meal between
the two of us would have done, there was so much food. |

| SAVE COOGEE BEACH! |
There
is a company trying to get permission to DIG UP a huge stretch
of beach, fill it with land, and build HOUSES right out
into the ocean bed.
In fact the houses are going to start exactly where I (and
others) do a morning meditation. |
Houses.
For goodness sake. Build houses somewhere else!
There's only so much beach, and that stretch (just south
of the Power station) is the last unspoiled beach around.
|
Oh,
did I mention that they want to build a MARINA too! So much
for a quiet swim in the ocean! Houses and a marina...
We attended a RALLY to show our support for keeping the
beach, developing houses nearby, and clean up the coast.
Basically, we want to save Coogee
Beach.
See the rally here:

| Round the World with a Baby |
We
are preparing for our round-the-world flight, and are very
excited about it.
We leave in March to visit Barbados, Philadelphia, Coleraine
(N.Ire), Rome and Hong Kong.
We are very much looking forward to introducing Devon to
all of you. He is very excited too! |
|
With a wave and a smile I'll say goodbye for now.
See you soon! |
