Our Second Babymoon
June 2006

We chose Dunsborough and Benetae Studios to have our second babymoon.

It was the same place we had our first babymoon in 2003LBD. (Life Before Devon)

It is a self contained studio set within 300 acres of private bushland, with dozens of fruit and vegetable orchards. Our friends Gillian and Marshall own it.

The house they built for themselves is next door set on its own private lake. It is a divine haven!

There is an inground trampoline at Gillian and Marshall's house which Devon absolutely loved and he bounced on it every day, a few times, with his boots on and with his boots off!

His confidence grew each time, amazing to see and experience. He explores life fully in a very grounded way. He is a very balanced little boy and a pleasure to be with.

The babymoon is a time of celebration, we celebrate that which we already have and celebrate that which is coming.

It has been a wonderful past two years and nine months with Devon. He is a magical and clever little boy. He is a delight to be around and it is amazing to see him grow and change day by day.

Everyday something new...

We honour the journey the three of us have been on together and prepare for the arrival of our new baby, Darshan Jordan.

We did lots of hanging out together just having fun and adventures and Devon really enjoyed the time with us.

We all bonded even more deeply together throughout the 5 days.

Some of the cool places we visited.

Everyday we took a long walk in the private forest. We went looking for kangaroos, which we saw from a distance.

We submerged ourselves in nature, meandering through the bush land and the desert sand.
No-one around for miles. It was just so amazing to walk around a private forest.

It is truly our dream too to have a beautiful rural property. Hopefully coach and mom mom america will come over and build it with us when they retire!!!

Climbing Canal Rocks - Dunsborough, Western Australia

Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse What a marvelous place.

The rounded, grooved rocks, have been worn away over thousands of years, creating long canals.

It was a perfect place to teach Devon how to climb... and climb he did. Up, under, over, across and down he climbed, focused and present. He is amazing to watch. So clever and quick to catch on. And very adventurous and brave.
