| The 7 hour drive up to Geraldton went surprisingly
quickly... |

We just took our time and got up there leisurely.
We had a few great fun stops along the way, waving at Lorry
drivers and them honking their horns, and Devon laughing!
|

It's a Long, straight road...
|
| The Geraldton B & B, a delightful and
luxurious place to be... |
We stayed at the Geraldton
B & B, run by Pam and Brett O'Donnell. They are lovely.
I highly recommend it here for luxury, attention to detail,
privacy and a great welcome!
This is the bungalow we stayed in with the gorgeous front
porch. (see left).
|
It
was a bit cool during our visit so we didn't get a chance to
try out the pool - no matter how tempting it may be!! |
| |
Of
course, we did some adventuring.
This place was fun, the Greenough (Gren-ik) River Mouth.
Where the river meets the sea.
|

Devon's own big sandbox... Western Australia. |
|
  |
|
We
met a kangaroo.
And the family who looks after him.
(They actually live in paradise.) |
|
 |
|
 |
We visited a spring.
In the middle of the outback.
There were alot of mozzies so we only stopped for these two
cool photographs. |

Isn't she pretty? |
Didn't
anyone ever teach me not to walk on single traintracks carrying
a small baby in my arms?? Yes, we're fine. There is only one
or two slow trains per day.
|
|
| We
slept.
We played. |
We hung out with a kangaroo. |
 |
|
They
are both looking at me the same way...
... is it me?
|

.. or do all baby animals walk this way? |
I
have to personally acknowledge my talented wife for getting
such a marvelous photograph of me, Devon and joey.
Good photo. |
Good
photo. |
|
There is always a lot
to say about each and every adventure. Geraldton? Exceptionally
peaceful and full of love and light. |
|
Namaste. |
